Carroll doubles up on Exhibition
Tinas Exhibition repelled the late challenges of King's Road and Apache Drums to claim the mile-and-a-half handicap at Tipperary.
Gary Carroll, recording a double after the opening race victory of Tough As Nails sent his mount for home turning into the straight.
Seamus Fahey 's charge had to pull out all the stops in the closing stages as King's Road and Apache Drums finished to good effect.
The 14/1 shot held on by a head from King's Road with a neck back to 9/4 favourite Apache Drums.
"If you look back through her hurdle form she was entitled to run very well and we fancied her," said Fahey.
"The drop of rain helped. She'll either go for something similar or back over hurdles. We'll see how she comes out of the race."
