"She's been very good, I think that's nine wins for her. I've had two or three with her and she has been with me the last year and a half to two years. She travelled well, she loved the surface and the new surroundings. She just travelled stronger than ever," said Denis Hogan after he fulfilled the training and riding roles on Burren View Lady the 10/1 winner of the Racing Post Handicap at Laytown.
Burren View Lady was as smooth as you like down the inner in this six furlong race, and when asked she extended away to beat War Room by two and a quarter lengths.
"There was plenty of room on the inside. I was drawn on the inside so it worked out well," added Hogan of the Is That All Syndicate-owned and Liam Mulryan-bred winner.
"I've never been here before. I had a jog down and a jog back. Cantering down there's a fair smack off it, it feels fast. They hit it hard but she enjoyed it. That's her grade - something similar if we can find one."
