Bleue Another for Morgan up North
Joanna Morgan saddled her second winner at the Down Royal Festival as La Petite Bleue added to the gains of Danetime Lily here on Friday night.
Under Chris Geoghegan, as she was at Fairyhouse when she won eleven days ago, the top-weighted favourite got to the front under a furlong out and she saw off Look Officer by three parts of a length.
Morgan said: "I'll run her again as fast as possible provided she can get in somewhere. She likes the fast ground. She got 10Ib for winning in Fairyhouse and I would have run her under a mandatory penalty but the balloting system put paid to that."
