Adamaris stepped up markedly in distance to win Dundalk's two-miles Find Us On Facebook @dundalkstadium Handicap today, scoring for trainer Ger O'Leary and under Champion Jockey Colin Keane.
Adamaris' two previous wins, the latest at Killarney in August, were at a mile but today doubled to two-miles and showed plenty stamina to hold off the challenge of King Of Cashel by half a length.
O'Leary's assistant Adrian Joyce later said “that was brilliant. Colin gave him a beautiful ride, he tucked him away, got him to settle and he did it well.
“He stayed well - he's not that quick a horse anyway and he stayed out the trip really well.
“We've finished on double figures for the year now so that's nice.
“Ger is away at the minute on holidays with his family, I just rang him and he's delighted. He'll be our last runner of the year so it's lovely to get a winner.”
