He's a grand little horse. Robbie said he couldn't believe how well he was travelling. Once he has less than eleven stone on his back he travels well in his races. He's probably going to get a fair whack from the handicapper. I'll look at something like that Pertemps qualifier at Leopardstown now,.

When he is right, he is very good. The whole job is keeping him right. He has had ulcers and leg trouble and sometimes it's hard to get him to eat a bit.

I knew he'd stay well because he's an out and out stayer. He was entitled to win that and his form is rock solid. He stays and jumps well. He doesn't jump those easy-fix hurdles as well as he jumps the normal ones.

He's a grand horse. He won a point-to-point and got beaten a short head in another. He just keeps galloping and needs to be fresh. He had a few problems with ulcers. Mark said to try him in a winners bumper and we'll see how he is after this.
