After race at Curragh Sat, 5th Oct, 2024 (1st)  The plan after Galway was to come here because of the good pot,. I actually really fancied him, I thought at the furlong pole he was going to come home on his own. James has done two pieces of work with him in the last week and we were confident. Fair play to the Curragh, for a small trainer like me to run for 20 grand is a big thing. My Dad hasn't been well and he actually shouldn't be here as he's had treatment but we expected him nearly to win so it was hard to keep him away!. He'll keep going and we'll give him a run in ten days or so before the season ends. He probably would want a little bit more juice but got away with it. Thomas Coyle

After race at Naas Wed, 24th Jul, 2024 (1st)  This horse has my head wrecked! He is some work horse but today's the first time he's done it,. When he comes to the races he won't go into a stable and we've to walk him around for the hour when we get here but he's always had that ability. We have four horses in training, three of them have won this year and the other horse, Divilabother who runs on Friday, has been second. Rob (Whearty) rode him the last day and said he didn't stay. He's at the right end of the handicap and hopefully he won't go too hard on him. He'll keep going. I'm delighted for my dad Paul who hasn't been well. This is his syndicate so it means a lot. After race at Dundalk Wed, 30th Nov, 2022 (1st)  he walks the box at the races, he's alright at home but at the races he walks the box and gets himself in a tizz. Unlike the trainer, he doesn't have the comfort of a box of cigarettes!. It is good to win with him, the family has been good to me, obviously Slade Power was a superstar and the owners have been good to me, so it is nice to get a win with him. Linus Larrabee does what he can do, he got left six or eight lengths and then he tanked. She (jockey Sorcha Woods) has done alright out of him but it was nearly a dream for her to get three in a row.
