He showed no ill effect from Down Royal and he’s a strong stayer on this ground. I’m delighted as he lost his way a little bit last year after he won in Hamilton but he’s been much more consistent this year,. He might have bought himself another year as he was on the shortlist to go. He’s been placed over hurdles as well so there is probably a future there for him. I’m having a good few days (third winner in the space of 72 hours).
