Flight Plan navigates Killarney well
Flight Plan did it from the front in Killarney but had to survive a stewards enquiry before it was confirmed that he had won his first bumper. Sat 23rd Aug![](/photo_jpeg/tn/U000013719240031100w.jpg)
Weld has plenty of day one artillery
Dermot Weld, often dubbed the King Of Ballybrit, looks to have strong claims throughout the card on the first day of the Galway Festival Mon 28th Jul![](/photo_jpeg/tn/U000013928310031100w.jpg)
McCreery and Mangan take bumper finale
The Willie McCreery trained What Lies Ahead justified 4/5 favouritism to win the concluding Family Saturday At The Festival Bumper at Punchestown today under Jane Mangan. Wed 19th Feb
After race at Killarney Sat, 23rd Aug, 2014 (1st)
It's great to win a bumper with him. I bought him as a yearling at Goffs. He was too one-paced on the flat so I kept persevering with him until it was time to run in bumpers. He'll go hurdling and he'll go on heavy ground. He was second in Punchestown and ran on heavy ground in a hurdle at Naas so he's fine for the winter.
