There are plenty of horses racing at Navan today that are attracting early support. Oliver McKiernan's Call Me Pj is a very solid even-money favourite for the maiden hurdle which opens the card at 2.35pm. Bookmakers have seen the 13/8 and 6/4 hoovered up on this Kilbeggan bumper winner. Lisa's Legacy is one for each way backers as he has shortened to 6/1 from 8s in this race. Sun 15th Mar

He loves soft ground and it was all about staying. The plan is to go to Down Royal for a two-mile handicap hurdle next week,.

I thought he’d win, as he ran very well in Leopardstown and Sean (Flanagan) thought the ground was a bit quick for him then and said he was flat out from the second last. He won a bumper on soft ground and I think he’s a reasonable horse. I suppose he’ll go for a winners race but we’ll see what way the handicapper rates him. It’s so difficult at the moment because no matter what race you go for, a grade three or one, they are all the same and you run into the same horses. It’s the same for any of those horses that win - the next step is a big one. Sean is a very good rider and I couldn’t be happier with him. He’s growing in confidence all the time and the more confidence he gets the better he rides.

He's a fabulous horse. He'll go out to grass now for the summer as he's very weak. The fact that he was able to do that on that ground I was very impressed. He's a good horse.
