She got the trip well and liked the ground. There was a nice bit of pace on and Colm gave her a very good ride. She ran a very nice race at the Curragh when she was coming but never got through and a bit of nice ground was a big help to her today. They are two good fillies and have very strong form.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the final furlong involving Best In The World, ridden by C. O'Donoghue, winner and Harlequeen (GB), ridden by R.P. Whelan, placed third, where it appeared interference took place. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges' placings and take no further action. C. O'Donoghue, rider of Best In The World trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount drifted left and right under pressure in the closing stages.
