That’s great that he’s put his last run behind him as he’s generally very consistent. The last day is best forgotten as he was likely on the pace too much, but I’m delighted with him all told and he could run in a hurdle at Roscommon on Monday.

The Stewards requested a report from Padraig Roche, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Walking On Glass, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that he felt they went very fast at the Curragh last time with the result that his charge didn't get home. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered
