That was about time but it was grand. He'd want to have been winning this but the pace of the race was my worry beforehand and Mark said the very same thing when he came back in (not quick enough for him). He's in at Galway in a handicap and I might run him before Noel (O'Brien, handicapper) gets his hands on him although he probably should be dropped for winning this. Allowances - Horses that have not won a *race If 4-y-o allowed 5lb If 5-y-o and up allowed 8lb *Including flat races under any National Hunt Rules or Rules of Racing.
Riders - Confined to Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules who have not lost the right to claim the allowance under Rule 52 (iii). Allowances (which are not cumulative, up to and including 2nd September) who have not ridden the winners of 25 **races allowed 4lb Those who have not ridden the winners of 40 **races allowed 2lb No allowance to riders under Rule 52 (iii) may be claimed.
