Badger Or Bust and Martin Harley claimed this one with a good positive ride and we he began to extend at the head of affairs a furlong and a half out, the chasing pack headed by Ready To Rocknroll failed to make an impression.

Badger Or Bust had finished third to Bravely Fought off level weights in a Dundalk maiden but rated five pounds less and with the aid of Martin Harley's seven pound claim he was able to easily reverse the form. Bravely Fought could only manage fifth but he certainly wants it better and never really got going in the ground. He was found to be post race normal by the Turf Club Vet after the race.
