Permission was given for Cruz Control (FR) to wear a red hood to post and be mounted on the chute and for Jipcot (FR) to wear a red hood to post.
The raceday privilege request in relation to Jipcot (FR), trained by Ben Pauling, was not submitted.
Pauling was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
Following the race, Sam Twiston-Davies reported that Twinjets (IRE), placed third, jumped left-handed, Jonjo O'Neill Jr reported that Are U Wise To That (IRE), placed fourth, jumped left-handed throughout and Brendan Powell reported that Scarface (IRE), unplaced, jumped poorly having lost its confidence following a bump at the first fence in the home straight on the first circuit.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Timeforatune (GB), unplaced, had lost its left hind shoe.
