Approximately 1 furlong out, the winner, The Trickster (FR), shifted quickly right-handed carrying Novelista (IRE), placed third, marginally off its intended line, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of The Trickster (FR).
Following the race, Callum Rodriguez reported that Moby Quick (GB), unplaced, suffered interference shortly after leaving the stalls.
