It was brilliant. There was no rocket science in claiming her, I think there were ten claims in for her last week. It didn't take a genius to figure she was cheap, I didn't think she'd repay us that quickly but it's great. She doesn't take a whole pile of work at home as she can be a fraction hot. The only credit we can take is that we claimed her, Eddie had her ready.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tipperary Moon, trained by D. Donovan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
C.T. Keane, rider of Tipperary Moon trained by D. Donovan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action in the straight
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Linus Larrabee trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount raced keenly and hung right
N.M. Crosse, rider of Myrcella trained by P.F.McEnery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got squeezed four out and lost its position
The Stewards enquired into an incident about four furlongs from home involving Tipperary Moon, ridden by C.T
Keane, unplaced, Eglish (GB), ridden by Adam Caffrey, unplaced, Sunset Nova, ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed fourth and Myrcella, ridden by N.M. Crosse, unplaced, where it appeared that Myrcella got tight for room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C. T. Keane stated that he moved across from a wide draw and the front horse was steading the pace. Adam Caffrey stated that his mount brushed the running rail. A. J
Slattery stated that as the pace steadied in front it caused congestion. N. M. Crosse stated that he received pressure from his outside and lost his position. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference which occurred was accidental in nature, and they took no further action
An extended handicap for three years old and upwards rated 45-70
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 10st 2lbs and the minimum weight shall not be less than 8st 6lbs
Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 6lb extra for each race won.
