The Kerry Group Noblesse Stakes is the highlight at Cork and Banimpire holds standout form claims going up in trip after her creditable fifth to Misty For Me in the 1000 Guineas at the Curragh.

She had previously completed a hat-trick of 2011 wins in the Blue Wind Stakes over 10 furlongs at Naas and, being out of mile-and-a-half Listed winner My Renee, Jim Bolger's filly appears ready for this stamina test.

Dermot Weld saddled Grace O'Malley to win the past two renewals of the Group Three heat and relies on Killarney winner Sense Of Purpose this time, while Aidan O'Brien has four strings to his bow, with Musidora also-ran Amazing Beauty arguably the pick.

Polly's Mark is a model of consistency for Clive Cox and adds further strength in depth on her first outing on Irish soil.

The British raiding party looks a particularly strong one in the Galtee Midsummer Sprint Stakes, with Dandy Nicholls and Kevin Ryan saddling Inxile and Tiddliwinks respectively.

Glor Na Mara, representing the red-hot Bolger team, could put up most resistance for the home side.

The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction Maiden at 2.35 looks a reasonable opening for dual runner-up Rockview Diamond, while Edenshaw is expected to put in a bold bid under top weight in the Kerry Group Handicap.

The Golden Olive Maiden might be best left to Bolger with Shazamour, but it may prove significant Johnny Murtagh keeps the ride on course second Mereli, and Michael Halford's gelding is clearly another leading player.

Murtagh gets the leg-up on John Oxx's Aznavour in the Charleville Cheese Handicap, but Bolger has yet another really strong candidate in the shape of Deire Na Sli.

The Low Low Handicap brings the seven-race card to a close and Ted Dolly due to run at Limerick on Saturday night, catches the eye at the foot of the weights for shrewd operator Joanna Morgan.
