His stable companion Write It Down was one of three non-runners in the Buy Tickets Online Maiden Hurdle and first reserve Fakir D'oudairies took his opportunity for Joseph O'Brien and J J Slevin in race two at Cork.

"His form was ok in France and he had plenty experience. He was green early on but was rusty as he hadn't run in a good while," reported Slevin.

"He is hardy and a good solid horse for a race like that and he'll go further and will appreciate it softer as well."
