Tip Of The Spear (9s into 7/1 before the off) completed a double for Billy Lee when winning the Paddy Power 'From The Horse's Mouth Podcast' Maiden.
The Epaulette gelding, who had finished seventh on debut at Punchestown last month, tracked the leaders before coming through to tackle the 16/5 joint favourite Tall Story entering the final quarter of a mile.
He went on over a furlong out to beat that rival by two and a quarter lengths with the front pair well clear of the rest. The other 16/5 joint favourite Gudrid finished eighth.
It was a 43/1 double for Lee after Dissociate in the opener.
The successful grey was homebred by winning owner Ben Browne.
Winning trainer Andrew Kinirons remarked: "We were delighted with that. We half expected that the first day, we fancied him as he works very well.
“His work was brilliant and Billy had done a lot of work with him. I was disappointed at Punchestown and I think our horses weren't running 100 percent for the past eight weeks.
“Fair play Alan Creighton from the Equine Centre and a few of the vets as they pulled together and I think we've got to the bottom of it.
“We freshened them up and we have a few nice ones to run, into the all-weather.
“I'd say this is a proper horse, you can see him there he's still very green and he's a big raw horse.
“We train here on the Curragh and on his work at home he's a black-type horse. He's a big horse and I'd say he'll improve a ton.
“We'll probably put him away now and I think we'll have a right horse for next year.
“He doesn't need soft ground but he handles it. He's versatile enough but I'd say we'll probably get him out early next season and find a nice race for him.”
