Sea Of Grace justified odds-on favouritism on the back of a promising debut third placing fifteen days back when taking the Glenvale Stud European Breeders Fund Maiden (Plus 10 Race) at Tipperary.
Getting first-season sire Born To Sea off the mark on these shores, the 4/5 shot, under Declan McDonogh, got home by a length from the promising Eziyra
The Ballydoyle War Front colt, Leo Minor (11/8), was two lengths back in third.
"She won nicely - she ran promisingly at the Curragh and everything went according to plan today. She settled well and quickened up nicely and the second horse also looked nice," said winning trainer John Oxx on the Sunderland Holding Inc-owned victor.
"She was an expensive yearling, and is a lovely big strong filly and we might look at the Silver Flash Stakes at Leopardstown on Thursday week.
"She is a lovely filly and is the first winner in Ireland or England for Born To Sea - some are showing a nice bit of promise but they aren't really early precocious types and need a bit of time. He is a son of Urban Sea at the end of the day and I like the ones I have - he has only had half a dozen runners so far though."
