He ran out at the last in a Ballysteen point-to-point when with Andy Slattery but Monksland (5/4 this morning into 4/5) didn't disappoint on his racecourse bow in the Mirror (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race at Down Royal under Nina Carberry.

The victorious Beneficial gelding went on from over a quarter of a mile out on the way to an eleven length dismissal of Big Generator
