Willie Mullins' Mister Blue Sky was the stylish winner of the opening hurdle at Wexford on his jumping debut.
The 9/10 favourite made smooth headway under Ruby Walsh to take over from Rock On Dandy on the home bend before the second-last.
He popped that and moved clear while Rock On Dandy lost all momentum with a mistake at that obstacle.
The grey son of Royal Applause tanked away from the opposition to win as he pleased by eight and a half lengths. Put The Kettle On kept on for second at 10/1, four lengths ahead of Roney at 16/1.
Ruby Walsh said: "I was impressed by him, he did it well and travelled really well. He jumped super for a first timer and handled the ease in the ground.
"He is a nice horse and was professional. I was worried that coming from a mile to a mile and a quarter races that he might be too keen but he was very professional."
Mister Blue Sky won four times on the Flat in England for Sylvester Kirk and reached a mark of 84 in that sphere.
