Punters Definite about Hughes' winner
Be Definite was a strong order in the market for the Tim Kelly Electrical Maiden Hurdle (2/1 into 11/10) and the Definite Article gelding didn't let his supporters down, Roger Loughran's mount beating outsider, Farmaland by four lengths.
Winning trainer, Dessie Hughes said: "He was probably entitled to win that race after his Roscommon run (2nd to Onzo Mor). He is a two and a half mile to three mile horse. He was bred by his owner (Tom Curran) who is from Galway but this fellow will hardly run there."
Be Definite won a point-to-point at Boulta last November, and at that time he was under the care of Tom Lombard.
