Jonathan Moore was seen it his best when partnering Stoughan Cross (11-1) to victory in the feature race at Navan, the Follow Navan on Facebook Handicap Chase.
Moore had Tom Gibney's charge well placed throughout and the pair jumped to the front at the third last before pulling some 15 lengths clear of their rivals on the run-in.
There was a terrific finish to the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Maiden Hurdle as Our Valentina claimed Reine Des Pres late on to land the spoils.
The latter looked to have put matters to bed when pinging the final flight but Paul Townend was not to be denied aboard the 4-1 shot who came with one final thrust to score by a half a length.
There was a little bit of a turn up in the Annual Family Day 20th May (C & G) Maiden Hurdle as hot-favourite Kolumbus proved a bitter disappointment, clearing the way for Jimmy Breekie to hand trainer Stuart Crawford a second winner on the card following Our Valentina's earlier success.
The 6-1 victor had to see off the attentions of Coeur Joyeux in the closing stages but was always getting the better of the argument and was a length and a half to the good as they passed the post.
Townend completed a double of his own when steering Champagne Harmony to a comfortable success in the Follow Navan On Twitter Beginners Chase.
The 6-1 chance didn't look the easiest rides as he wandered right across the track in the home straight but had more than enough left in the tank after negotiating the final fence to see off Crest by six and a half lengths.< Crackerdancer led her rivals a merry dance when running away with the concluding Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Flat Race.
Quickly sent to the front, the recent Limerick winner always had matters under control as she triumphed by 20 lengths at odds of 11-4.
