Review naas 28th Jan
< Sutton Place ran out a convincing winner of the Limestone Lad Hurdle at Naas.
Gordon Elliott's 4-1 chance had been off the track for over 300 days, but travelled supremely well for Mark Walsh, who sat motionless as he loomed upsides Supasundae approaching the final flight.
The favourite tried to make a race of things on the run-in, but Sutton Place bounded clear to score by seven-and-a-half lengths.
Walsh and owner JP McManus completed a big-race double when scoring with Anibale Fly in the Woodlands Park 100 Club Novice Chase.
Walsh quietly moved Tony Martin's 7-2 chance into contention on the home turn and looked to be going much better than A Genie In Abottle at the last.
Noel Meade's charge would not go down without a fight, though, so Anibale Fly had to pull out all the stops to score by three-quarters of a length.< The Gatechecker made it a treble for McManus and Walsh when the Michael Hourigan-trained 9-4 favourite landed the Panoramic Restaurant Handicap Chase.
Hot favourite Leomar could only manage third in the Book Hospitality Online Maiden Hurdle as I See You Well made all under Brian Hayes.
Shark Hanlon 's 25-1 chance had Leomar for company at the head of affairs, but he saw off that rival by the last flight and kept on gamely to hold English Pale by half a length.< Augustin made his first outing over hurdles a winning one when finishing best of all to land the INH Stallion Owners EBF Maiden Hurdle.
Four horses jumped the last with a chance, but Willie Mullins' 5-2 chance found most under Danny Mullins to beat Miss Mardan by three lengths.< Charlie Stout (5-2 favourite) got the better of a titanic tussle with Lagostovegas to land the Irish Jockeys Association Supporting Naas Racecourse Handicap Hurdle for trainer Shane Nolan and jockey Patrick Corbett.
