Outlander (nearest) gets the better of Kick On Boss

Willie Mullins' talented mare Annie Power took her unbeaten record to six as she powered away with a hot renewal of the paddypower.com Novice Hurdle at Naas.
Winner of three bumpers and two minor hurdle races before this Grade Two, the five-year-old (5-2) was settled in third by Ruby Walsh as favourite Defy Logic led the way.
The jockey slipped her into top gear between the final two flights and after taking the last with a marginal advantage, she showed an impressive turn of foot to shoot three and a quarter lengths clear.
Mullins earlier introduced dual French bumper winner Upsie (4-7 favourite) for a classy success under Tony McCoy in the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet 1800 721 821 Maiden Hurdle.
He went on to a treble when his son Patrick got Outlander (11-10 favourite) home in front by a length and a quarter from Kick On Boss after a duel for the Paddy Power Mobile App Flat Race.
The Paul Nolan-trained Sweeney Tunes (3-1) took the Woodlands Park 100 Club Nas Na Riogh Novice Chase for the Gigginstown House Stud, but the Grade Two contest turned on a bad error by the Mullins-trained Mikael D'Haguenet three out.
The 4-7 favourite had just taken the lead going well when he did everything but fall, and though he recovered to finish third, Sweeney Tunes was driven out to score by three and a half lengths by Davy Russell.
The champion jockey doubled up when bossing the Paddy Power Mobile App Handicap Hurdle on Tim Doyle's well-backed Mallowney (11-4), who cleared right away from the front to score by seven lengths.
A dreadful error at the final fence by Realt Dubh settled the paddypower.com Chase, which went to Henry de Bromhead's 5-4 favourite Days Hotel who led just about all the way under Andrew Lynch.
Paul Carberry looked to have timed his run to perfection when he moved alongside the leader at the last, but Realt Dubh made a mess of it and there was no coming back as he finished six lengths in arrears.
