Review leopardstown 9th Jun
Foxtrot Charlie and Pat Smullen

< Foxtrot Charlie (11-4) was the highlight of a Leopardstown double for Dermot Weld and Pat Smullen.
Third in the Gallinule and the only three-year-old in this Listed line-up, Smullen had to scrub him along approaching the turn for home.
He hit top gear when it mattered, though, and dashed along the rail to account for last year's winner Tennessee Wildcat by a length, with Orcia third.< Douglas Macarthur was all the rage for the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C & G) Maiden but he was a big disappointment and finished last of the six runners after being in rear all of the way.
The prize went to Weld's relatively unconsidered debutant Currency Converter who belied his 20-1 starting price by quickening to the front at the furlong marker and staying on to beat Drake Passage by two and a quarter lengths.< Oh Grace saw off a couple of nice newcomers with ease in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden.
The only one in the field with previous experience and sixth in a Listed event on her previous outing, Jim Bolger's 5-4 favourite cut out her own running and only had to be pushed out by Kevin Manning to dispose of Mujaazy by five and a half lengths, with Butterflies third.
It is extremely unlikely that An Cailin Orga (8-11 favourite) will ever hit the heights of her dam Finsceal Beo but she has ability and proved as much with a two-and-a-quarter-length defeat of Treasure Chest in the Friends Of Dublin Football Maiden to form the middle leg of a treble for Bolger and Manning.
The three-timer was completed when Mandatario defied the steadier of 10 stone in the Coral.ie Handicap at odds of 8-1.
Sean Davis registered his second career success on Total Demolition (13-2) in the Aslan Apprentice Handicap, while Joseph O'Brien's flying start to his trainer career continued when No Biggie took the Copper Face Jacks Handicap.
