Review gowran park 5th Oct
Sizing Europe leads Rubi Light over the last

Veteran chaser Sizing Europe pulled out all the stops in an exciting finish to win the PWC Champion Chase at Gowran Park for a third consecutive season.
Now an 11-year-old, Henry de Bromhead's star was sent off the 4-5 favourite and Andrew Lynch settled him in second spot for most of the way as Rubi Light took them along.
There wasn't much in it between the pair as they jumped down the straight, but Sizing Europe held the advantage at the last and forged clear to win by a length and a quarter from last season's Arkle runner-up Baily Green who edged out Rubi Light.
Dessie Hughes looks to have an exciting recruit to the fencing ranks after Art Of Logistics landed the Gowran Park Racing Club Beginners Chase on his first look at the bigger obstacles.
There were three virtually in line at the second-last and when favourite Too Scoops fell, Art Of Logistics (2-1) got the better of Balnaslow to score by a length and a quarter in the hands of Bryan Cooper.
Jessie Harrington saddled a four-timer at the track on Friday, adding a fifth success at the Dundalk evening meeting, and she was at it again as Hurricane Ridge took the Live Music After Racing Handicap Hurdle.
Mark Bolger, securing a double, hit the front going to the last on the 10-1 shot and drove him out to keep Hold Em Cowboy at bay by three-quarters of a length.
Bolger had already won on John McConnell's front-runner Lindenhurst (11-4), who did himself no favours by jumping left in the Golf Memberships 2014 From 749 Euro 3-Y-O Hurdle but was still able to reverse form with favourite Guitar Pete on better terms, winning by a length.< Tabac Brun (10-1) resisted the late charge of Grand Jesture to take the Rooftop Racing Packages At Gowran Park Maiden Hurdle by a nose under Brian O'Connell, and Barry Geraghty got The Crafty Butcher (7-2) home by half a length in the www.gowranpark.ie Handicap Hurdle.
