Review clonmel 27th Sep
Adrian Maguire appears to have a decent prospect on his hands in the shape of Golden Kite
The seven-year-old was winning his third race from just four starts when landing the feature race at Clonmel, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Captain Christy Novice Chase.
Having at one stage looked likely to win the race comfortably, Shane Hassett's mount idled a little on the run-in allowing Clifton Debut to get with a head at the line.
"Golden Kite loves fast ground and a test of stamina. He jumps very well and is very honest - we'll let him keep telling us where to go next," said Maguire.
