Zulu Chief slaughters opposition
Aidan O´Brien´s Zulu Chief made short work of landing the Thoroughbred County Maiden at Naas tonight, winning by a full 20 lengths.
A half brother, by Fusaichi Pegasus, to Hawk Wing, Zulu Chief moved to lead over a furlong and a half out and effortlessly kept on galloping, recording a whopping winning margin for a Flat maiden.
O?Brien, who has trained quite a few winners already this season, was absent for this one, but an impressed Murtagh did briefly mention "he couldn?t have done it any easier and could be the real deal!"could be the real deal!"
