Windix adds to his wins tally

Trainer Maureen Danagher enjoyed a welcome turn when her Windix rewarded his owner's (the Two's Company Syndicate) patience to win the Cork Handicap Hurdle, under Lenny Flynn.

Last successful when landing a gamble at Limerick in November '07, Windix, under a well judged ride from Flynn, ran out the length and three parts success over Cerveza Dinero

Afterwards Danagher stated “Windix broke his pelvis following his win at Limerick and was confined to his stable for 12 weeks and took a lot of time to recover. We'll aim him at Killarney and Listowel next.”
