Wachman doubles up with long odds-on jolly
Mr Rock is well clear in Wexford

David Wachman made it a quick-fire double in Wexford as Mr Rock hacked up in race two to justify 4/11 favouritism.
The three-year-old son of Galileo relished every yard of this extended mile and three furlongs as he made all. He had his four rivals off the bridle approaching the home bend and powered away up the straight to win by seven and a half lengths with Wayne Lordan doing the steering.
Wayne Lordan said: “I suppose he had two good runs under his belt. He is a horse that likes quick ground and he stays well. I'd say it wasn't much of a contest considering what he has been taking on.
“He will step forward again. He is a big horse, a big baby. He works well. He is probably better than that and he is just a bit immature.”
Jim Bolger’s Croi Na Feile was ridden along three furlongs out in this her first race. However, she responded to Kevin Manning’s pressure and got up for second at 7/2.
Black Ice and Thunder Zone were both non runners due to the change in going.
