Unlucky Cads hands it to Dream
Dream Function took advantage of Cadspeed's fall at Clonmel's final fence

All involved in Cadspeed suffered a heart-breaking loss in the Kilsheelan Beginners Chase at Clonmel as Willie Mullins' charge came down at the last with the race in the bag.
Well-backed at 9/2 (at least 8s earlier in the day), Cadspeed 'jumped from fence to fence' up front and indeed he 'pinged' the tricky second last when in complete control.
However he got in too close to the last and came down, leaving Dream Function (previously with Philip Hobbs) to come home the lucky twelve length victor under Robbie Power.
Colm Murphy trains Dream Function for Bernard and Owen Cloney and he said: "Robert said she hated the ground and that she'd be a nicer mare on nicer ground.
"She might go for a novice at Christmas time. I have her for a couple of months and she's a full-sister to Captain Chris."
Of course the pair are out of that good racemare, Function Dream. (TW & EM)
