Uimhiraceathair salvages dead heat on line
The judge couldn't split them after a titanic battle concluded in a dead heat between Telenor and Uimhiraceathair in the Grade 2 Ten Up Novice Chase.
4/6 favourite Uimhiraceathair joined Telenor two from home travelling well under Ruby Walsh.
He was second over the last, however, as the pair settled down to fight it out.
Andrew Lynch appeared to be getting the upperhand on the Jim Dreaper-trained Telenor on the run-in only for Willie Mullins' charge to fight back and share it on the line.
"I thought he learned a lot jumping wise. He got real experience. He'll probably go for the RSA now," said Mullins afterwards.
"Hopefully better ground will bring out more. He appeared to improve for better ground last spring."
Sean Graham left Uimhiraceathair unchanged on 25/1 for the RSA Chase at Cheltenham.
