The Michael O’Hare trained Turner Brown made it four wins in his last seven starts when winning the Visit punchestown.com Handicap Hurdle at Punchestown today.

Ridden by capable 7lbs claimer Mattie Bowes, the son of Lahib was produced to lead at the final flight, eventually staying on well to hold the challenges of Andrea’s Answer and The Burrow Vic

Afterwards O’Hare stated “Turner Brown likes it around here and while I had been planning in sending him to run in the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham, he needed to win today to get into that race. He did it well today.”
