Tharawaat impresses in opener
The Gordan Elliot trained Tharawaat continued his rise through the juvenile hurdling ranks with another positive display at Fairyhouse.
Soon sent into the lead by Davy Russell the Gigginstown House Stud owned 3-y-o had his rivals in trouble turning for home and eventually ran out a 12 lengths winner.
Tharawaat is likely to head to Leopardstown at Christmas, but Cheltenham may not be on the agenda according to trainer Gordan Elliot as the gelding has a preference for soft ground.
