Thanks left to come home easy winner
No Thanks leads Wake The Giant

No Thanks was left to come home a cosy winner in the Adare Manor Opportunity Handicap Hurdle at Down Royal.
The Matthew Smith-trained gelding was to the fore throughout in the two-mile-three contest and had a narrow lead turning for home under Dillon Maxwell.
The Pour Moi gelding was still travelling well going to the last as Wake The Giant (10/1 into 9/2) stalked him.
That rival crashed out at the final flight and No Thanks only has to be pushed out to record a comfortable 13 length success over 33/1 shot Deealli
The 8/1 winner (14/1 this morning) was making his first start for new connections having been bought out of Olly Murphy's yard in England.
Maxwell said: "He was a bit keen and a bit lairy but we knew that he was that type when he is out in front on the gallops.
"When I was by myself he was having a good look each side. He jumped them straight enough once I asked him to do it.
"He enjoyed the ground. Matthew himself was a bit iffy about the ground, but it is drying out well and hopefully the sun keeps like that."
