Sweet November got off the mark at the sixth time of asking in the four-year-olds and upwards handicap (division one) at Gowran Park.
She tracked the leaders throughout before Seamie Heffernan rode her into the lead inside the final furlong.
The Siyouni filly stuck to her task well as she was pushed out to account for The Lady's Bid (12/1) by three parts of a length. The odds of reward were 17/2.
Lady Leonora was the same distance back in third at 13/2. The front three were clear of 6/1 favourite Accessory who drew an each-way dividend for his backers.
John McConnell said: "I'm delighted for the lads (Discreet Syndicate) who are from the north Co Dublin area.
"She had shown glimmers of form and ran well the last day. She obviously liked that ground.
"I'm delighted to get the win and I don't know what we will do with her now. I don't know if she will handle Dundalk, so she might come back next spring for that sort of ground again.
"We will see what the lads want to do, but at least we got her bracket now so we are delighted."
