Paul Carberry oozed his usual confidence when steering Supercede to an easy three lengths winner of the Noel Cummins Bookmaker Handicap Chase at Tramore today, scoring a 23rd winner of the season for trainer Gordon Elliott.

The son of Lahib, successful at Perth last month, led from the last to easily defeat Oscar Glory

Afterwards Elliott reported “Supercede did that better than I expected but hopefully he can win another one. He may go to Perth next Saturday.”
