Odds-on Asangy dropped out to beat only one home on his Irish debut, and in-form pair Gordon Elliott and Jack Kennedy were at it again here as the Gigginstown House Stud-owned Everyday Everyhour took the honours in the Festival Dreams Begin In Ireland With Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Maiden Hurdle at Punchestown.

It didn't stop there for the Cullentra House trainer though, as he also saddled the second and third, Lake Malawi (Luke Dempsey) and Miro (Kevin Sexton).

Everyday Everyhour led home his stable companions at distances of seven lengths and eight lengths.

"Jack gave him a great ride, and he was a bit keen early. He'll stay jumping hurdles for the summer, and we'll see how we go. Willie's horse (Mullins' favourite, Saturnas coming out made it a bit easier, and it's great to have a 1-2-3," commented Elliott.
