The Terence O'Brien trained She's Got Grit landed the Glenview & Rathbarry Stud Mares Maiden Hunters Chase at Cork today, overturning 6/4 favourite Most Chaste
The pair settled down to scrap it out from the third last with She's Got Grit, under dual Cheltenham Festival winning rider Richie Harding, edging ahead from the next to eventually record a length and three parts win.
Winning owner Anne Mellerick, a neighbour of the winning trainer and from Killeagh, was recording her first racecourse winner.
