Ryan and O'Brien team up at Tipperary
Tom Ryan was in the winners enclosure this evening at Tipperary when winning The Pride of Tipperary Hurdle aboard Michael O'Brien's Brutto Facie in the colours of Paul Maher & Kevin Norton.
Ryan raced his mount in behind the leaders and improved to lead at last and stayed on well to win by 3 lengths.
Denis Cullen assistant to O'Brien said, 'He has had a few problems in the past with his back, we were going to run him at Galway but he was a bit sore after schooling but his previous pieces of work had been good and he was well in himself today.'
