Prendergast has high hopes for Seeharn
Seeharn looked a exciting prospect when running out a cosy winner of the Ballygallon Stud Stakes at the Curragh.
She was produced to challenge over a furlong out by Declan McDonogh and soon hit the front in the Listed contest.
Norman Ormiston's charge asserted inside the final furlong and had a length to spare at the line from the fast finishing Gatamalata
"She's a nice filly. She won't run again until the Moyglare. We'll give her a little break and I think she'll be a good contender," said trainer Kevin Prendergast.
"She hates the ground, being by Pivotal. That's why she didn't win by four lengths. Hopefully it gets soft (for the Moyglare). If it does there'll be no danger!"
