Day six of the Galway Festival and the ground is Soft (on National Hunt and Flat tracks) after 9mm of rain overnight.
Rain is expected this morning, clear for racing in the afternoon. Further rain is forecast overnight.
Two separate racing lines are in use with all hurdles/chases on the outside and all flat/bumper races on the inside.
The first of eight races gets under way at 2pm. Today's feature is race two - the €110,000 Grade B BoyleSports Handicap Hurdle where Willie Mullins' La Prima Donna shades favouritism. She was last seen winning a mares' maiden hurdle at Tipperary in May.
