Patrick Mullins claims Rockview Series
After enjoying a very lucrative week at the Punchestown Festival, Willie Mullins continued his terrific spell at the Curragh as under his son Patrick Fionnegas landed the bumper - the final race of the Barry Connell sponsored Rockview Series.
The five-year-old by Accordion landed a competitive contest denying Our Musician and Spencer's Hill in a close finish.
The win topped off a memorable week for owner Eammon Duignan too after he watched Barker carry the same colours to Grade 1 glory earlier in the week also at Punchestown.
Patrick Mullins finished the series well clear of nearest rivals Robbie McNamara and Mark Fahey with Nina Carberry taking the leading lady rider award and Paddy Kennedy the novice accolade.
