News on McNamara & Flood
Andrew McNamara was sent for x-rays on a suspected broken ankle after being struck by a stirrup when riding Benalma in the Castlegar Handicap Chase.
He eventually pulled up Pauline Gavin's gelding on the descent into the dip.
Meanwhile Paddy Flood, who got a fall from Head Waiter in the same race, suffered a soft tissue injury to his shoulder and was stood down for 24 hours.
