Murphy/Carberry take last at Wexford
Nina Carberry was in the winner's enclosure this evening after she landed division two of the bumper aboard 9/4 favourite Kealigolane
The Colm Murphy-trained gelding made it a double on the day for owner Con O’Sullivan.
Pat Murphy the trainer’s father said afterwards, "He’s a nice horse and he did it well and I think he has a big future. We will give the horse a little break now and discuss with the owners about his Winter campaign."
Con O’Sullivan’s earlier winner came when Gougane landed the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap for trainer "Shark" Hanlon.
