More Joy for Cleary and Power
Tim Cleary and Eddie Power, who struck with 50/1 chance, Katie's Jem, at Punchestown last week, were on the mark again with Away We Go (6s into 9/2) in the Cullencastle Beginners Chase.
This chestnut son of Stowaway made most and he had plenty in the locker to repel Give Us A Hand by four and a half lengths.
Cleary said: "I always liked this fellow. He is pretty versatile as regards ground. I'll talk to the owners about where he'll go next. I was happy with the way Eddie rode him - he had the balls to take the initiative. I have ten horses in the yard."
Power was continuing a good run which also saw him score on Cloverhill Lad at Clonmel last Thursday.
