Moore and Russell record double
Davy Russell and Arthur Moore secured a double this afternoon when landing The Amazing Thailand Chase (Grade 2) with the consistent Mansony
Russell led from the 3rd, reduced advantage and ridden from 3 out but was left clear next with the exit of the Colm Murphy trained Big Zeb who appeared to be travelling well at the time.
Moore commented afterwards, "He has been a great servant and came out of the race at Fairyhouse very well and is as good as ever. Davy [Russell] said that Big Zeb still had to pass him to win. He will go to Naas in three weeks time and he may go for a 2 ? mile graded race at Navan. All things going well he will come back here for the Festival."
