McNiff Brothers take opening race at Listowel
Brothers Mark and Luke McNiff were in the winner's enclosure this afternoon when landing the opening race on todays card, The Croom House Stud Maiden with 4/5 favourite Big Boots
Former trainer and part owner Lindsay Woods said afterwards, "He will probably go out on grass now as the ground will be getting too quick for him. It was a long trip down, it took 6 hours but it's all worth while now. He's a grand big horse and he'll make a lovely chaser."
